[I am] extremely impressed with Suter. Sales staff didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. In fact, quite the opposite: I inquired as to replacing some ducting, and he pointed out that it didn't need to be replaced, just a small repair job, which the technician ended up doing for free. Installation was quick and the technicians are incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and when we asked questions, they went above and beyond in making sure we understood what they were doing and why. When they were finished, they left my home as clean as when they found it. Scheduling was a breeze, thanks to the people in the office (incredibly friendly, well-informed group). All of the warranty and rebate paperwork was taken care of by Suter - we didn't have to do a thing. It's refreshing to see a company who clearly values internal communication: each individual department works to support eachother, which is a major benefit to me, as a customer.
