    I grew up in Quimby, IA. Now, I live in Sergeant Bluff, IA.

    What’s home like for you?

    My husband, Rich, and I live in Sergeant Bluff with our kids (Felicia, Lillie, and Matthew), grand-daughter, Ella (who belongs to Felicia), and our mini dachshund, Lucy.

    What do you do in your spare time?

    Cheer on the Chicago Cubs! Support Matt in hockey and Lillie with her horse, Zippy.

    Do you have a personal motto or mantra? 

    Everything comes out in the wash.

    Find a cure for cancer. Too many lives are taken by this sad disease.

    I understand you’re a passionate about organ donation awareness. What started your involvement in that?

    My brother, Mark, received two kidney transplants. He has since passed away, and I am grateful to both donors for giving us additional time with him.

    I work on the customer care team as a Maintenance Coordinator

    What is the hardest part of your day?

    If I can be honest…most days just getting to work on time!

    What is the most fun part of your day?

    Laughing with my coworkers in customer care!

    What’s your proudest moment at CW Suter Services?

    I don’t know that I can pinpoint one moment, but I am very proud to work at a company with such a commitment to excellence. When I hear from a customer that they are happy with the service they received – and that happens a lot! – it just makes my day.

    Do you have a favorite story about an experience with a customer?

    I had a customer call to say that his furnace was in alarm. He said he could hear it all the way from the top of the basement steps! He called back a little bit later to cancel the service call I’d scheduled for him – it was his exercise bike that was making that noise!
