Whoa. That’s quite a bit. What drives you to be a part of all of these organizations?
I initially joined the Service Clubs as a networking tool to advance my career, but once I learned the missions of these clubs I became personally committed to [their missions]. I got involved with the Code Board to assist the other board members in analyzing code issues and policy. As for BSA (Boyscouts of America), I just love this organization. My Grandson is in the same Pack (Pack 208) as my son was – he is now in the Troop 208 – so the opportunity to have a do over was something I couldn’t pass up!!

What is your proudest moment with the company?
We took on a project many years ago, found out we were working for a shady entity, to me it looked like we were going to go broke over the whole deal, through perseverance, hard work, great leadership we pulled through, it made us a better, stronger company!! I’m very proud to be a part of that time in Suter history.
With 30 years under your belt, do you have any interesting customer stories for us?
Hmmm. Well, there are many, but one particular comes to mind. He’s been a long term customer, very frugal guy, took a long time to earn his trust. In the last few years anytime we meet he introduces me as his “HVAC Guy”!!! I don’t know of any better compliment than that.
