We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Service Department as a Customer Care Representative. We need a skilled problem solver who can listen to customer service issues, follow up after services have been completed and offer unique and innovative solutions.
The successful candidate for this role will possess advanced customer service skills and possess the ability to multi task. They will have knowledge of the company’s customer service policies; computer skills are a must and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
- Must have a high school diploma and/or two years related experience in customer service.
- This position will be full time and report directly to the Service Division Manager.
- Salary range is $18 – $20 per hour depending on qualifications.
