C.W. Suter Services has been providing quality heating, cooling and ventilation
services to Siouxland for over 75 years.
- In 1926, Charles W. Suter founds C.W. Suter & Son in South Sioux
City, NE
- By 1947, C.W. Suter & Son is the largest plumbing and heating
contractor in NE Nebraska
- Climate Control Corporation in Sioux City purchases C.W. Suter &
Son in 1976
- In 1978, Elbert "E.B." Baker becomes a partner in C.W.
Suter
- E.B. Baker purchases the C.W. Suter company in 1981
- In 1995, C.W. Suter becomes a Lennox
dealer
- C.W. Suter opens a branch facility in Le Mars, IA in 2000
- In 2000, C.W. Suter is presented with the prestigious "Lennox
Circle of Excellence" award in recognition of exemplary
service to its customers
- C.W. Suter is named the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce Small Business
of the Year award in 2000
- By 2001, C.W. Suter grew to over 90 employees and was recognized
as a leader in the heating and cooling industry in Siouxland
- In 2002, C.W. Suter was named Regional and National Mechanical Contractor
of the Year by Excellence
